My electric oven won't stop heating up.?
Last week I tried to use the self clean feature of my electric oven. While it was cleaning the bottom element started sparking so I turned it off. After it cooled I noticed that the element had broken in half and burned. I went and bought a new element
take the back off and make sure the terminals on element are not touching the back panel or the hole where element slides in, if it touches it will ground out and heat up, that is the most common problem, if the ends are not touching the relay on control
