ringing noise from my AC Pulley?
I have a ringing noise coming from my AC Pulley on my 1997 Mustang GT its a manual if that matters. It blows out air, but not cold air. The noise seems to be coming from the plate on the pulley, but it also chudders a bit when the car idles. I'm assuming
