How do i remove the Pulley for the auger assembly on a toro 824 snowblower?

I have the drive and the auger assembly separated and everything apart except the pulley. I want to get it off the paint the auger assembly. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
There is probably a set screw and a key holding it in place. You may need a wheel puller to get it off the shaft.
