2001 ford escape spark plug stripped

should the serpentine belt make all the pulleys move on a car engine?

the pulley on the bottom front is not moving when the engine is running and it makes a roaring sound when i drive.

Yes.
more info is needed but off hand I would guese it is the A/C compressor or water pump assuming it is front wheel drive.
