what is the proper idle position voltage adjustment for a GM throttle position sensor on a 1989 305 ci engine?

The books says below 1.25 volts. You can check it with a voltmeter. You will have 3 wires one is a 5 volt reference one is a ground and the other is the signal it will be anywhere between .5 and 5 volts depending on throttle position. We always set them
