Can I build a ford f-150 with a 4.6 to a stroker engine?

I want to build a muscle truck with aford f-150. Canthe 4.6 engine be stroked easily. Should I get one with the 5.4 engine is that one easier to stroke to get more power. Is it possible to install a 351 Windsor stroker in this truck or is that not compatible,
