Need help with Harley Torque Specs for 70's tranny sprocket nut and Evo motor pulley torque.?

Good day,
I am trying to find the torque spec for the sprocket nut on a HD 4-speed kicker ratchet top. It is not a factory nut, it has a o-ring seal. I am not sure of the year on the tranny, I think it might be an early 70 something. I am also

'85-'90 90-100 ft/lbs
'91 on 150-165 ft/lbs
