what paint/prep is best for painting an aluminum engine block?

paint, primer, etch anybody have somthing that'll still like nothing else? and YES im going to use high heat paint
Did a similar thing to my calipers. You will first want to degrease everything, I used simple green and a small brush to get the caked on stuff off. Then just let it sit on there for a bit. Then I used some water to wash it off then used some 320 grit
