my 7 horse power ted williams is leakin fuel?
i have a 1971 ted williams 7 horse outboard engine. its leakin fuel after i pull the pull start. its leakin out of the prop vents thats what worrys me. what could be causeing it to leak like that
The problem is that you aren't burning the fuel. Something is wrong with the spark. It could be the spark plug or the magneto that's not providing a hot enough spark. When the fuel doesn't burn in the cylinder it gets pushed out the exhaust port on
