Diesel cold start issue?
1987 Land Rover 90 2.5TD. Not cold weather but cold engine, slow to start even after a minute of glow plugs. Glow plugs checked ok, power to plugs ok. Changed fuel filter and bled fuel filter and injection pump, same problem remains. Possibly require
If the injection pump is plugged into the block in the normal place where you would find a distributor check the three holes that hold the pump to the block ,the worm drive to the pump wears very quickly and the holes will be filed out or elongated in
